IRON MAN -. Yep, I saw it....couldn't wait. I liked it. I guess some people may consider it slow going until the action scenes but Jon Favreau, the Director, took his time building up the storyline which I appreciated. I understand that all the actors signed up for 2 sequels. My only complaint....the actors seemed stilted in quite a few scenes like they weren't comfortable in their characters. Still, I liked it. Popcorn was great!! Robert Downey looks yummy for his age....a mature superhero!

Rented 27 DRESSES - Cheesy fun. Rent it if you ave the time to watch, otherwise, wait for cable.

I watched the first two Scream movies last night. It'd been a long time. They were entertaining. I'll probably watch Scream 3 tonight.

Right now I'm watching Empire Records with my roommate 'cause she's never seen it. I can quote this entire movie. It's awesome.

Selz - Ironically, I was listening to mass today and Home Alone was the basis of the sermon today.

I've been watching Benny Hill mostly, but saw Narnia last night and it was decent.

Hopefully to see Iron Man soon and definitely have plans to see Speed Racer ;)

Back to the Future was on today, man that movie is still SO funny!

Taladega Nights the story of Ricky Bobby (stupid but it was on cable) and Meet the Robinsons which was really very cute! First Disney movie that isnt a Pixar that I found really good. Sweet story, good silly moments and decent writing, I was shocked.

Watched Airheads today. Haven't seen that one in a long time. Funny stuff.

Started to watch Stephen King's The Dark Half, but fell asleep about a half hour in. Not 'cause it was boring but because I was tired. Will try again tomorrow. We'll see. It was like a lot of SK movies, kinda slow and kinda hokey but still kept me interested.

Lone - Hope you like IRONMAN. I was all prepared for the slam bam graphics in your face action from the start but it builds slowly and I loved it that way. The beginning does grab you though. It made over 100 mil for opening weekend so I guess there will be sequels!!! The reviews have been awesome. I don't know about SPEED RACER.....I think I'll wait until dvd.

I'm salivating over the new INDIANA JONES and WANTED....can't wait.

Nora- I watched MEET THE ROBINSON'S on cable this weekend too. Yep, guess we ARE sisters!!! I thought it was delightful. I sooooooooooooooo want a robot like tat!!
