I watched. I am pleased. I can't wait until next week. Here's hoping they keep up the momentum.

Anyone else?

Also watched it - Elizabeth Mitchel (FBI Lady) was great as good as she was on Lost.
Not sure I buy the love story between the V Agent and the Earth Girl but both those actors are decent so that may work.
Morena Baccarin was also decent as the supreme leader.

One flaw is that V is on opposite NCIS which I also want to watch

Loved it! Morena was awesome! Alan was awesome! (Wish he was be a regular)

I liked when the teenagers were watching TV and were all, "She's hot" and the mom was all "I'm right here guys."

I was unimpressed. The only interesting thing they put in was the V scout team. Everything else was just a retread of the old series. When Sci-Fi redid BSG they had the good sense to make it different from the old series. It was new, it was different. That's why it worked. (For me, at least.) With V you might as well watch the old version. They're the same thing.

Back to NCIS for me.

Wow....such mixed feelings here. I don't think I ever saw the old V but I knew something about it. I was pleased because I wasn't hampered by knowledge of the old show. The weakest part for me was the son and his friend

Don- I will watch V and DVR NCIS. Funny, after all these years I still adore the NCIS team and stories. I usually tire of a series after a few years but the writing team for NCIS is still doing a good job.

News on V.....there are only 4 episodes... ABC will show the 4 eps and then retire V until March when there are more eps to air. Seems the writers only had time to write 4 eps and need time to come up with a plan/arc ....and then comes the filming. Whoa, long hiatus

The second ep was just okay. Seems to me that the writers will have to 'pack' the last 2 eps before the loooong hiatus. Geez....March?? It's like getting hooked on premium channel shows where you have to wait forever for a new season to begin!!

I thought it ended well, so I will look forward to March.
